Terms & Conditions

As a client of Baxton you qualify to recommend our services to your friends and family.  But first, we want to protect your relationships and we insist offering your friends a risk free way to test our services for themselves. We do this by giving them 3 months free management fees to trial our services and offering our Satisfaction Guarantee and No Vacancy Guarantee, subject to their respective terms and conditions.

evaluate, our specialist service for themselves
learn, we mean what we say
see, we walk the talk

As a token of our appreciation for your support of our services we will gladly pay you a referral fee in the amount of $250 for each referral you introduce who becomes a client of Baxton, subject to the terms and conditions below:


1. Requirements

1.1 The referrer must complete a webform for each referee;

1.2 In the event a referral has been referred by more than one referrer, then the referrer who first referred the referee shall be deemed as the referrer for the purposes of this Refer and earn program;

1.3 Pursuant to Legislation, the referral is required to authorise Baxton Property Management to act on its behalf under its Appointment to act as managing agent Agreement; and

1.4 The 3 months’ free management fees applies to new clients to Baxton Property Management only.

 

2. Payment of referral fee

The referral fee in the amount of $250 becomes due and payable to the referrer:

2.1 On completion of the referral 3 months free management period; and

2.2  Providing the referral remains a client of Baxton Property Management after the expiration of the referral 3 months free management period.

 

3. Changes to these terms and conditions

3.1 Terms and conditions of this Refer and earn program are subject to change at any time.

3.2 You will be advised in writing, via email, of any such changes to these terms and conditions at least 30 days prior to such changes becoming effective.
